We back our products with 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Even then if you have any discontent regarding our products, please feel free to return the item within 05 days of the purchase
The refund will only be made on the cost of the product, shipping charges shall not be refunded. Any return to be made should be in the original packing, along with the tag. Any garment without the originals, un-sealed cosmetics shall not be accountable for return. Please check all the items before sending them back for any breakage or damage caused at your end. There may be a 20% restocking fee for refunded items and a minimum of 25% restocking fee is applicable if more than 5 of one item is ordered and then returned.
Items like artificial teeth, facial hair, undergarments, eyelashes, fangs, are not accountable for return. Personalized items cannot be returned unless they have some manufacturing error.
A word of advice: Costume styles are subject to change without any prior notice. This may happen because of manufacturer’s production. These changes, whatsoever, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to the buyer. We will reflect all known changes to the costumes in the web site descriptions and images as soon as we come to know of them. We appreciate your understanding on this issue.

Return shipment charges for packages not accepted will be deducted from your refund.
- All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
- If you are receiving a credit card refund, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear.
- Please return merchandise within 07 days of receipt to ensure proper credit.
- We are sorry but will not be able to accept opened or used merchandise. Merchandise must be in original packaging when returned.
- Not all products/situations qualify for a refund. Items unaccepted by us will require return shipping to be paid by buyer.
